Gigaspaces write takes a long time

Hi,

I am developing a real time application and we are using the a clustered space to store and read our information. The writes takes in average 3 ms and in worst case it takes 10 seconds.

I turned on the dynaTrace tool to see what is happening in worst case. I see the following call stack is the contributor "DefaultGigaSpace -> AbstractSpaceProxy -> FileDispatcherImpl" and I also see 100% I/O. What is the FileDispatcherImpl doing that causes 100% I/O?

Is there a way to avg. improve the write performance?

Thanks, Ali h4. Attachments

Use the ONE_WAY WriteModifier. Does this speed up write performance?

Shay,
I changed our code yesterday to use ONE_WAY and made some difference but not significant.

We have multiple classes. They are just basic classes and they don't have any collection in them. See attached class!

I like to use writeMultiple method but I need a class that collect all the messages before I can use the write multiple method.
I was wondering if GigaSpaces provide a class to collect messages and then writes all the collected messages in a timely fashion or based on the count of messages to GigaSpaces using writeMultiple?
