Automatic rebalancing on adding a new instance

Hello, I'm playing with Gigaspaces to find out how well GS could be applicable in my case.

I want to measure performance impact of adding a new node to the existing grid and look how rebalancing will work. So, I run {code} gs-agent.sh gsa.gsc 3 gsa.global.lus 2 {code} on 2 nodes of 3 and specify LOOKUPLOCATORS = neighbour node adresses list. Then I deploy a cluster with 3 partitions and start my test client, putting objects into grid. Then I start the 3rd node, but as I can see, no rebalancing happens.

What's wrong?

You will need to use Elastic processing unit for automatic rebalancing to occur. More information on this can be found here, http://wiki.gigaspaces.com/wiki/display/XAP95/ElasticProcessingUnit

If you are using the default processing unit then you either have to relocate the processing unit to another container either manually or using Admin API. More information on the relevant API is here,
http://www.gigaspaces.com/docs/JavaDoc9.5/org/openspaces/admin/pu/ProcessingUnitInstance.html#relocateAndWait(org.openspaces.admin.gsc.GridServiceContainer)

More information on Admin API is here,
