Cpp - Gigaspace 7 - Few questions

We are trying to use CPP on linux with GigaSpaces and got some question.

  1. Is Admin API exposed in Cpp as well.
  2. Will we able to programmatically deploy/updeploy PU's.

General Question 1. Can we listen for notification of the property changed on the given object. What I mean is I have a pojo with 10 properties. One client did partial update on a single property. While receiving notification will I be able to tell which property is changed?

1. The Admin API is not provided right now with the CPP API. Will be provided with future versions.
2. Untill the Admin API will be supported with the CPP API - You will need to use the CLI from a CPP program to deploy/undeploy.

You will not be able to identify which property been changed. The notification deliver the full object back to the client.
you might want to explore using the space filters for such.

Just call the scripts from the CPP application.

See: http://www.gigaspaces.com/wiki/displa... The com.j_spaces.core.filters.ISpaceFilter. process (SpaceContext context, ISpaceFilterEntry[] entries, int operationCode can be used to find which fields been modified. Shay
