hi all,

I have question about hashCode method in data objects.

Does way of implementing hashCode() influence performance of GigaSpace? Will it make difference if I have there "fieldA * fieldB * fieldC" or "fieldA << 2 + fieldB << 4 + fieldC <<6"? Basicaly is hashCode used for indexing or other frequent operations in space? If yes, what is most advised method to implement it in performance efficient way?

Space Class hashcode is not used. The routing field hashcode is used when load-balancing operations across multiple partitions.
