gridserviceagent permissions (failed to write file)

i'm using XAP9.7 on a virtual client. GigaSpaces is installed on the Server itself. Starting GS with gs-agent.bat throws the following error:

2015-04-13 10:29:17,338 GSA WARNING [net.jini.discovery.LookupLocatorDiscovery] - Failed to connect to LUS on, retry in 7047ms; Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect

2015-04-13 10:29:55,010 SEVERE [org.jini.rio.tools.webster] - Failed to write file [mgxpi-gs.jar]; Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Magic xpi 4.1\GigaSpaces\deploy\mgxpi-gs728121752594883295\META-INF\MANIFEST.MF (Das System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden).

With another installation on a local machine I figured out, that it is necessary to execute the "gs-agent.bat" with administrator rights. But on a thinclient that is not possible.

How can I solve this problem ?

This would appear to be an access rights issue; the user needs to be able to write to the deploy directory.
