Working with variable SLA definitions

Hey guys!

I've been looking for a way to work with variable SLA definitions, chosen based on the topology the user selects in installation time. For example:

  1. User selects Topology A: so I'd go with the SLA files from the application ZIP
  2. User selects Topology B: so I'd say what the new SLA files are, for all PU's, in the command line.

Option 1 is the one I've been using until today, when I did not have the second topology 'offer'. Now I have and I need something like described in number ( 2 ) above.

It means that I'd like to have 2 ways of using gs deploy-application, being:

  1. gs deploy-application myapp.zip
  2. gs deploy-application myapp.zip -sla-locations={pu1-sla, pu2-sla, pu3-sla, pu4, pu6-sla}

Do you guys know of some way to do so or the only one way to deploy an application specifying alternative SLA files/definitions is by deploying PU per PU using gs deploy instead of gs deploy-application?

Also, if there is not such way (or similar) of doing it, don't you think it would be nice to have it? Maybe it can be proposed, I don't know. What do you guys think about it?

Thanks in advance, any help is really welcomed! Pedro
