What causes SpaceUnavailableException to be thrown

I recognized in our integration tests, which use embedded spaces, that we get 'SpaceUnavailableException' when destroying the local embedded space. We also sometimes get the private nested com.sun.jini.thread.ReadyState$RemoteExceptionWrapper which indicates that space is in shutdown mode.

My question is:
Do you now if a remote client proxy can also throw this exceptions when the remote space is currently inbetween failover?
or will it only throw this exception when the remote space cluster is shutdown/undeployed?
or will it never throw this kind of exceptions?

I am still missing documentation of those exceptions.

AFAIK SpaceUnavailableException can be thrown also from a remote proxy. Its a rare scenario but it might happen when a client trying to connect to a space that was shutdown where client still trying to reconnect.
