Regarding .NET, you can already see in the early access program native local cache for .NET the improves performance over the existing local cache dramatically.

Another new feature is the event listener abstraction which is already part of 6.6.2 release, but it contains some enhancements, such as support and usage of embedded distributed transaction manager.

These are all part of the early access program milestones that are already released. More feature to come in the upcoming milestones.
