  • Are you sure the client and space using the same version of GigaSpaces libraries?
  • Can you try this URL: jini:////processorSpace or jini:////processorSpace?locators=10.68.64.196

Hi Shay,

Thanks for the reply...

Yes....I have defined "jini:////processorSpace?locators=10.68.64.196" inside Program arguments tab under Eclipse Run Configuration dialog box.

BTW...I can run the examples without problem in my machine at home; but when I use my office machine I hits into this problem.

The only different is, I don't have "eth1" for my home machine.

Regards, Sjamsul

Let's try this URL:

rmi://10.68.64.196/./processorSpace

This will work only with a single non clustered space.

Do u have multiple network at the other machine?

Can u see the space via the GS-UI?

Shay

Remember this will work only with a single space. We should understand why there are problems getting the space proxy via the lookup service. Right now you get it from the collocated rmi registry. Shay
