Connecting the Gigaspaces UI to embedded space

Is there a way for me to connect the UI to an embedded space. Here is my config for starting up the space in my pu.xml.

<bean id="space" class=""

<bean id="gigaspace" class="org.openspaces.core.GigaSpaceFactoryBean"

<bean id="sla" class="org.openspaces.pu.sla.SLA"

I've tried a few different addresses in the management center like jini:////translationSpace and rmi://localhost:10098/translationSpace

Hi James, Did you start the GUI from same box as the space/cluster? You had to use the following space url in the GUI address:

please replace my_JINI_group with your Jini lookup group, same which the space started and registered with (you'll see it in the space log during startup). That is required only if for some reason the GUI and the space/GSCs started with a different explicit setting of Jini group.

If you did not change the defaults then it might be a multicast connectivity issue between the box running the GUI and the box running the GSM/GSC, or even a firewall blocking. Please verify in GSC logs that the spaces started successfully and registered properly in the Jini Lookup Service using the correct group.

You can use the following wiki docs to assist you: [] []

Thanks for the help. It turned out I was running the 6.0 version of XAP, while running a 6.5 version of the management center. It didn't seem to like that.
