PU on EC2?

Trying to figure out the best way to deploy a PU on EC2. I'm guessing that I'd need to start a set of GSCs and set the ip of the locator, but I'm not sure how to pass the locator to a GSC.

If the only way to start a grid is as outlined in the EC2 tutorial how do you deploy a pu to an existing grid? I have a grid up an running on EC2 but the deploy application option is disabled.

What's my next step?

Hey Dave. as toby correctly said, currently you cannot use SLA driven containers on the EC2.
We are working on adding this functionality and it will be available soon.

I would be happy to chat more about your use case offline.

Dave,

it appears the EC2 solution doesn't yet include the SLA driven container, so EC2 solutions have (right now) to be launched manually (i.e. they don't use a processing unit).

The process (and the limitation) is explained here: http://www.gigaspaces.com/wiki/displa...
