Restrict type registration in space

We are having a strange situation, where a data type is registered in the space when we query for it, which actually does not exist. Below scenario should explain my problem.

I have a space which has a CLASS com.boss.A as a data type. Now from UI i accidently did a query like this

select status from com.boss.B where rownum < 5000;

Now i suspected that it would throw me a error, but however gigaspace created a new data type in the space with type com.boss.B

Is there any way to restrict that or did i did something wrong ??

What version are you using?

This has been fixed at least as of 9.7.1 and will throw an exception:

java.sql.SQLException: Table [com.gigaspaces.support.test.TestObject does not exist

hi, yes i mean the web-ui should thrown an exception. Also the same thing happens from the code itself. If i execute the same query from the java code. It also registers a type. Is there anything to restrict that ??

Can you give a GS-xxx issue id? I can't find it in release notes here: http://docs.gigaspaces.com/release_no...
